Bonza (“Bonza”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a computer software company headquartered in Singapore with a subsidiary in Indonesia. Our self-service data engineering and analytics platform enable everyone in an organization to work effectively with data for decisive actions and create scalable data-driven solutions. Through Bonza’s end-to-end self-serve data platform, business teams and data teams alike can discover and prep data, perform analysis, and deploy data-driven solutions and machine learning models to production.

We may collect, use, store, disclose, and process your personally identifiable data and information (“Personal Data”) to provide you with the best-customized services to accommodate your needs. We understand that your Personal Data is very important to you, and we believe you are entitled to know what kind of Personal Data that we collect and how we will utilize it in providing our services to you. Therefore, we created a policy that sets out the details of our privacy practices, including without limitation to the practice on the collection, storage, and utilization of your Personal data (this “Privacy Policy” ).

By using our service(s), you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy, and you accept and understand its practices, policies, and consequences.

  1. Collection, Storage, and Utilization of Your Personal Data

When uploading such data, you are solely responsible for the utilization of such data by you via our platform, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. We will not store any data that you process in our platform or its associated tools (unless you request us or give us an explicit consent to do so), so your data or other party’s data being collected and processed by you via our platform shall remain stored on your own data center.

    For certain services that link to third-party websites or platforms (“Third-party Sites”), we may receive your Personal Data from such Third-party Sites. We will only use your Personal Data from such Third-party Sites to the extent necessary for you to use our services.

    We may use your Personal Data to:

    1. complete your registration process,

    5. You may withdraw your consent to our collection, utilization, and disclosure of your Personal Data by us, by providing us with reasonable prior notice via the contact details mentioned in this Privacy Policy.

    Upon your request, we will cease to collect, utilize, or disclose your Personal Data, unless required by the applicable laws and regulations to do otherwise or if we have a legitimate business or legal purposes for collecting, utilizing, or disclosing such Personal Data. Kindly note that withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing that occurred before you withdrew consent and it will not affect our processing of your Personal Data that is conducted in reliance on a legal basis other than consent.

    The acceptance to this Privacy Policy is also very important for us to provide the service to you, therefore, by withdrawing your consent, we are no longer be able to continue providing our services to you and you agree that we will not be liable for any losses or damages arising out of or in relation to such termination of services.

    As mentioned above, we understand that your Personal Data is very important for you and we have taken certain steps to secure and protect all information collected and stored. We implement appropriate business systems and procedures to protect and safeguard your Personal Data that we collected and stored in our server. We also have established reasonable security controls and procedures to prevent any unauthorized access to and disclosure of your Personal Data. Only authorized personnel are permitted to access any Personal Data in the course of their work. Please note that, despite our efforts and implemented procedures, no security control is completely effective and we cannot warrant that your Personal Data is fully protected.

    We will retain your Personal Data in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, for as long as we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by the applicable laws and regulations.

    We shall cease to retain Personal Data, or will use reasonable efforts to anonymize your Personal Data, as soon as, (i) there is no ongoing legitimate business need to process or store your Personal Data; and (ii) we are not otherwise permitted or required by the applicable law to retain your Personal Data.

    We will deidentify, aggregate, or otherwise anonymize your personal information if we intend to use it for analytical purposes or trend analysis over longer periods of time.

  7. Links to Third Party Sites

    Our service may, from time to time, contain links to and from Third Parties Sites that have the ability to integrate with our platforms or systems. You should note that we do not have any control over such other websites. Please note that such Third Party Sites have their own privacy policy and we are not responsible for the privacy policy or practices of such Third Party Sites and advise you to read the privacy policy of each website you visit before you submit any information or Personal Data to such Third Party Sites.

  8. Update on Privacy Policy

    We may update this Privacy Policy, from time to time and at any time, to reflect changes in the prevailing laws and regulations, our use practices, the features of our services, and/or advances in technology. When we change or update this Privacy Policy, those changes will be posted in this Privacy Policy and the new version will become effective on the date mentioned at the beginning of this Privacy Policy.

    Given the above, you should periodically review this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any changes or modifications to the Privacy Policy, please do not continue using our services. You will be deemed to have consented to any modification of the Privacy Policy when you use our services after the effective date of the latest version of this Privacy Policy.

  9. Governing Law and Language

    This Privacy Policy (and any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy) shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore (without regard to its choice-of-law provisions).

    This Privacy Policy is made and drawn up in the English language. Any translation into another language is for convenience and information purposes only. If there is any discrepancy between the English version of this Privacy Policy and such other language versions, the English version shall prevail.
